Since every piece we create is unique to you, we have to know a little bit about your idea before we can give you an estimated price. Reach out to us and we will be happy to start talking about your design and come up with an idea that works best for you and your budget. 

We do our best to work with your timeline, however there's a few factors that dictate how long before your order is ready. 

Once we start the design process this could take just a couple days, but we won't finalize anything until you say it's just right. If you choose to use a special gemstone(s) then this may add additional processing time for us to find the perfect one! But typically, we say to get started on your piece with at least a month before the deadline so we can ensure everything runs smoothly. If you're wanting an exact timeline, please contact us and we can provide more precise information.

As many of our clients our worldwide, we can ship to you with our insured shipping rates. And don't worry, we ship in inconspicuous packaging so if it a surprise, your loved one wont have a clue. 

As every piece has been customized for you, we are unable to refund your order once the initial deposit has been made, your order is finalized. However, if you're unhappy with the outcome of your order, we are happy to assist you and make it right, as we care about each creation and want to uphold our standards of quality.
